Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi has always championed the need of these ancient traditions for leading a better life and is a driving force for the rising popularity of yoga and meditation across the globe. Heartfulness, a form of Raja Yoga meditation practise has silently gained popularity and is benefitting millions of people across 160 countries. The differentiator in the Heartfulness mediation with other systems is the transmission of ‘Pranahuti’ or life Force. Pranahuti is known to induce deep meditative states that are highly beneficial to the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of a person. Relentless efforts by Heartfulness Institute (also referred to as Shri Ram Chandra Mission) over the last 75 years have resulted in increased awareness and appreciation for Heartfulness meditation and yoga practises. Ongoing direct, public, youth, corporate and academic connect programs worldwide by Heartfulness volunteers are helping Heartfulness Institute move steadily towards its vision of enabling human transformation for leading a wholistic and sustainable life.
