Chennai, 22 October 2026: Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Vanagaram, in association with the Avadi Police Commissionerate, organised a general health camp for police personnel and their dependants under the ‘Kaval Kudumbam’ (Police Family) Scheme. Held at the Avadi Police Convention Centre, the camp witnessed participation from more than 500 beneficiaries, with health check-ups focusing on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including diabetes and hypertension.
The Kaval Kudumbam Scheme is a welfare initiative of the Tamil Nadu Police Department aimed at supporting police personnel and their families.
